SCREENING OF UTME/DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES FOR 2021/2022 ACADEMIC SESSION ADMISSIONS
All candidates for the 2021/2022 UTME screening, who scored 150 and above, are required to pay for the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma screening exercise online application form, at a fee of N2,000.00 (Two thousand Naira), only using their ATM debit cards on Interswitch.
PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE APPLICATION
Candidates are advised to apply online at https://aaue.waeup.org and make payments with their ATM debit cards on Interswitch.
All such candidates must upload their coloured passport photographs, fill in all relevant certificate/documents (WAEC/NECO/NATEB) etc, with the correct examination number, exam date, exam type, scratch card pin and serial number) on the Portal.
Candidates should preview and confirm that the passport photograph is properly uploaded as no complaint of wrong or blank picture will be entertained after submission of forms.
All Direct Entry Candidates who applied to JAMB for admission and chose Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, as Institution of the First Choice are also required to complete the online application form for their screening exercise. All such candidates must enter all relevant certificates/documents (WAEC/NECO/NATEB,NCE, DIPLOMA/DEGREE) etc, and with the correct examination number and Pin on the Portal.
All candidates (both UTME and Direct Entry are to note that:
i. The cost of the online application form is N2,000.00 (Two thousand Naira) only.
ii. All names should be written in full when completing the online application form. No initials shall be entertained.
MODE OF SCREENING
The screening exercise for all candidates would be done strictly ONLINE, by the screening of qualifying results of candidates. There shall be no physical screening.
ONLINE screening for candidates with awaiting result would be done at a later date which will be communicated to the affected candidates.
Application forms for both UTME and Direct Entry candidates will be available online for completion and submission from Monday, 4th of October, 2021 to Sunday, 31st of October, 2021.
a. Any candidate who fails to fill and submit the form online may forfeit his/her eligibility for consideration for the 2021/2022 academic session’s admission exercise.
b. Applicants who provide false information or upload incorrect credentials online will automatically be disqualified.
