The Vice-Chancellor of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Prof. I.A. Onimawo has approved the publication of a quarterly magazine titled "AAU QUARTERLY MAGAZINE".

The magazine has the broad objective of being a platform for the dissemination of information, education and entertainment. The main aim is the recording of milestones, events and trends on economic, infrastructural, and socio-cultural development in the University. The magazine further aims at the reporting of activities of students, faculties, staff and other stakeholders.

A new University Librarian has been appointed by the Authorities of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. She is Dr. (Mrs.) Jane Igie Aba (Nee Okunbor). Until her appointment, she was a Deputy Librarian, University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benin State.

Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma will on Thursday, 25th August, 2016 hold its 54th Inaugural Lecture to be delivered by Prof. Sylvanus Ozem Oboh, Department of Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. The Lecture is titled “Nutritionist View of “Waste to Wealth” And The Endless Search For Animal Feed Raw Materials”.

The lecture which holds under the distinguished Chairmanship of the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. I.A. Onimawo will commence at 2.00 p.m. prompt at the New University Auditorium (Tetfund).

The Directorate of Foundation runs a one year  (two semesters) and  two years (4 semesters) programme aimed at preparing candidates who could not gain admission into the University through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), but possess the minimum entry requirements, for admission into 100 Level in their respective courses. The Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB) certificate which enables candidates to gain Direct Entry Admission into 200 level of the degrees offered by the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and Certificate is equivalent to the Advance Level GCE and Interim Joint Matriculation Board Examination (IJAMB)
