The Vice-Chancellor, Professor (Mrs). Eunice Omonzejie has, on behalf of the Senate of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, approved the Academic Calendar for 2026/2027 Academic Session as follow:
ACADEMIC CALENDAR FOR 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
Sunday, 1st November, 2026 – New students Come into Residence
Monday, 2nd November, 2026 – Continuation of Clearance / Course Registration for fresh students begin.
Wednesday, 4th November, 2026 – Orientation of new Students
Sunday, 15th November, 2026 – Old students come into campus
Monday, 16th November, 2026 – Registration of courses for all students/Lectures begin.
Monday, 30th November, 2026 – Matriculation of fresh students
Monday, 7th December, 2026 – Course registration for all students end
Monday, 14th December, 2026 – Late Course registration for all Students ends.
Friday, 18th – Tuesday, 22nd December, 2026 – Continuous Assessment
Wednesday, 23rd December, 2026 – Sunday, 3rd January, 2027 – Christmas Break
Monday, 4th January, 2027 – Continuation of First Semester Lectures.
Monday, 25th January, 2027 – First Semester Lectures end
Monday, 1st February, 2027 – First Semester Examinations begin with GST and ENT courses
Monday, 1st March, 2027 – First Semester Examination ends
BREAK
Sunday, 7th March, 2027 – Students come into Campus
Monday, 8th March, 2027 – Registration of Second Semester Courses/Lectures begin.
Tuesday, 30th March, 2027 – Late Course Registration for all students ends.
Monday, 12th April, 2027 – Continuous Assessment for all Students
Thursday, 20th May, 2027 – Second Semester Lectures ends
Thursday, 27th May, 2027 – Second Semester Examinations begin with GST and ENT courses
Monday, 28th June, 2027 – Second Semester Examinations ends
Monday, 2nd August, 2027 – Faculty Board Examiners meet to consider Results.
Monday, 9th August – Wednesday 11th August, 2027 – Business Committee of Senate meet to consider results
Wednesday, 18th – Friday, 20th August, 2027 – Meeting of Senate to consider results/End of Academic Session
