INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONCESSIONING OF AAU BAKERY AND AAU PURE WATER FACTORIES

Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma is issuing this Bid solicitation for qualifications and proposals to be submitted by qualified persons or business entities to manage, on behalf of the University, its Bakery and Pure Water factory plant located at the University Main Campus, Ekpoma, Edo State. Interested parties are to provide as follows:

1. Mandatory Documentation
    a. Company Name
    b. Incorporation Certificate
    c. Key project personnel profile
2. Technical Capability
    a. Statement of understanding of the Scope of Work (SOW)
    b. Interested parties should provide evidence of financial and capital base of
        i. Five million Naira for any Party interested in the Bakery factory
        ii. Six million Naira for any Party interested in the Water factory
    c. Previous work experience (at least 5 years)
    d. Proposed project management plan
    e. Strategies to optimize the Water factory or the Bakery
    f. Infrastructure/Tools to support the work execution
    g. Other details to enhance individual bidder’s comparative advantage will be welcomed.
